On October 30, 2019 within the framework of the year of youth in order to support talented youth, healthy lifestyle among youth, prevention of crime among minors, development of volleyball among youth and adolescents, in the village of Karabastau of Zhanabazar settlement of Shymkent city, a regional volleyball tournament among girls was held, dedicated to the memory of the graduate of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev of 2016 year police Lieutenant Rakhmatullaev Meirambek Nurdillaevich. The tournament was organized by the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev and Karabastau high school with the support of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The tournament was attended by Deputy head of the police Department of the Turkestan region, police Lieutenant Colonel Zhusipov Abay Kuatbaevich, Head of Kazgurt DPD, police Colonel Akshoraev Arman Ongarovich, Deputy chief of personnel administration of the police Department of the Turkestan region, police Major Kulenova Aizhan Bolatovna, Head of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named M.Bukenbaev police Colonel N.T.Sakhanova, lecturer of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Major Mukhangaliyeva Zarina Amangeldiyevna.
The tournament was opened by Head of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of ALI MIA RK police Colonel N. T. Sakhanova, noting that six months ago the school opened an office of military training the name of Meirambek Rakhmatullaev, and that the heroism of police of Shymkent will always be a model for the younger generation. At the end of her speech, she expressed gratitude to the family of the hero.
The tournament was held among girls born in 2002-2003 years. 9 teams from 9 districts participated in the tournament. The first place was taken by «Kazygurt» team, the second place was taken by «Karabastau» team from Karabastau school, and the third place was taken by «Baidibek» team from Baidibek district. The winning teams were awarded cups, prizes and diplomas of the Head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Kabduev Akan Yesetovich.
