November 5, 2019 pursuant to the plan of the Department of GLD on the subject «Family law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» assistant Professor of General legal disciplines, police Colonel Z. Z. Nurysh for students of 2A course of 201-203 training  groups held an open lecture on the theme of «Alimony obligations».

Two theoretical questions were considered on this topic:

1.       Alimony obligations of parents.

2.       Responsibilities of adult children for the maintenance of parents.

The purpose of the lesson — mastering the theoretical foundations of the content of family law and the mechanism, the consequences of their application, as well as familiarization with the actual problems of alimony obligations and acquisition of skills of practical application of family law, alimony obligations of subjects of family law, as well as to teach students to apply theoretical knowledge and legal norms governing marriage and family (matrimonial) legal relations in practice in the process of solving specific problems.

During the lecture presentation materials concerning the concept, system and tasks of family legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were demonstrated. The demonstration of slides in alternation with the display of videos contributed to the productive work of the cadets.

In preparation for the lesson, methodological developments and methodological recommendations for an open lecture session were used. The lecture session received positive feedback from the present faculty. The purpose of the lesson was achieved.
