On September 16, 2019, in the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, according to the implementation of the Roadmap for the modernization of internal affairs bodies for 2019-2021, 152 listeners for the positions of middle commanding staff and junior commanding staff from different regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be trained in three-month initial training courses in such categories as: administrative police, patrol police, precinct police inspectors, precinct and police juvenile.
According to the Model curriculum and thematic plan of initial vocational training for first-time students of the internal affairs department, students study the following disciplines: vocational training, the basics of forensic science, psychological training, special equipment, combat techniques of combat, record keeping, fire training, combat training, human rights, physical training, tactical and special training.
In order to instill additional knowledge in them, optional courses on road technical conditions and road safety, psychology in the activities of the internal affairs department, the basics of speech culture and oratory have been developed and included in the curriculum.
The main objective of training students is the development of personal and professional qualities that meet the requirements of modern realities, as well as meeting the needs of the population in the protection of public order and public safety.
