In order to improve the efficiency of educational activities of the institution aimed at training highly qualified specialists for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the national credit mobility program for the exchange of experience between the teaching staff of Universities, in the period from 13 to 27 March 2019, senior lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Zina Zinelkyzy Nurysh was sent to exchange experience as a lecturer in the disciplines of «Civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (special part)» and «Fundamentals of research» at the Department of «Jurisprudence» of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov. So, on March 15, 2019 acquaintance with the teaching staff of the Department of «Jurisprudence» and students of 201 study groups of the 2nd course took place. Within the framework of which a seminar was held on the subject «Civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on «Contract of carriage». In accordance with the working curriculum of the discipline, the main provisions of the topic were analyzed and under the record the students were given carefully selected brief information, students with interest and understanding accepted the information submitted. At the training session were given the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil code, were used visual, laboratory, practical, graphic and training methods, as well as demonstration of lecture presentations and illustrations. The plan of the training session included the solution of situational issues in the field of law.
March 18, 2019 was held lecture session for students of 201,202,203 study groups of 2 course on the subject «Civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part)» on «Contract of carriage», which dealt with the following 3 issues:
1. The concept and types of contract.
2. Contract elements in a row.
3.The content of the contract. Gratuitous use of property (loan).
March 19, 2019 senior lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Z. Z. Nurysh took part in the round table on «Issues of judicial protection of human rights and freedoms» of the Department of «Jurisprudence», organized by senior teachers of the Department, masters of law A. Bekbauova and L. A. Mursalova. The purpose of the round table was to inform students about the main changes in the legislation of criminal procedure in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, the future lawyers were explained in detail the Criminal procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determining the order of execution of other measures of criminal law. At the end of the round table it was noted that students majoring in «Jurisprudence» in the future, you can prepare a thesis on current topics of criminal procedure law.
March 20, 2019 Z. Z. Nurysh participated in curatorial hour of the 204 study group of 2 course of curator E. I. Isinbaeva on the theme «Prevention of crime». The purpose of the educational hour was to improve the legal literacy of future lawyers, familiarization with the signs of offenses and crimes, familiarization with the rights and duties of young people, with the practice of theory and legal сhronicles in everyday life.
Students of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov prepare for training sessions independently, conscientiously and responsibly. In accordance with the credit system of education at the University, the educational process is carried out on the basis of lectures, seminars and tutorials.
At the ongoing trainings carried out by Z. Z. Nurysh was attended representatives of the Department «Jurisprudence»: E. I. Isibaev, A. Bekbauov, L. A. Mursalova, A. S. Smagulova and head of the Department A. K. Nurlin, where they expressed their positive feedback.
