In order to train qualified personnel of the internal Affairs bodies, the Department of Administrative law and administrative activities of the BIA sustains a close relationship with the practical employees of the territorial bodies of internal Affairs.
The Department of Administrative law and administrative activities of the BIA is the main structural unit of the Institute, which trains specialists for the internal Affairs bodies in administrative and legal specialization, in this regard, the involvement of practical employees is carried out in accordance with the specifics, the subjects of the taught disciplines and it is associated with the implementation of tasks and functions for the application of legislation assigned to the public security service.
Attendances, conducted with the invitation of a practical worker of a law enforcement agency, contribute to a deeper assimilation of students of the theoretical provisions of the disciplines studied at the department.
In conjunction with the week of the Department November 21, 2018. teachers of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities, namely the Deputy head of the Department, police major Izbas R. S., teacher of the Department, police major Kalipova S. R., teacher of the Department, police captain Uaisov B.Zh. in the assembly hall of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev together with practical workers of territorial police was held a practical lesson “Prevention and suppression of domestic violence in the Republic of Kazakhstan” with the participation of cadets 2 “B” course 201-203 platoons.
The practical lesson was attended by: senior inspector of Department of protection of public order and road safety of police Department of the city of Aktau, police major Alipbaev A. Z., senior inspector of security of mass events and road safety DLPS SD WKR, police major Azhbaev Maralbek Bisengalievich; inspector WPU the Ministry of Railways of the Department of internal Affairs of Kokshetau city, police major Ibrayeva Anargul Uljabaevna; LPI LPS PD Almaty region Enbekshi Kazakh district Shilek PD, the police captain Okanov Aibek Serikuly. During the lesson, the cadets were asked problematic questions regarding the procedure for the application of legislation in practice, to which were received full answers from employees of territorial units.
