On December 10, 2018, the head of the scientific project group «Lawyer» —senior faculty instructor of the Department of General legal disciplines, Police Lieutenant Colonel M.E. YESET held an extraordinary meeting of the scientific project group dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the acceptance of the «Universal Declaration on human rights» on «Human Rights (legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Foreign countries)».
A solemn speech was made by the head of the scientific project group senior faculty instructor  of the DepartmentPolice Lieutenant Colonel M.E.YESET., who thanked the participants of the scientific project group and their contribution to the development of this project group.
After the opening speech, the reports were made by the cadets of the 1st course police common soldiers A.Afanasieva and A.Amantaeva.
In the course of the reports speech there was a debatable discussion on topical issues connected with observance of human rights. At the end of the meeting of the scientific project group the conclusions were announced.
