April 11, 2018 in the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev deputy head of 1st “A” course, the captain of the police Orazgaliyev S.P. together with the separation of the state language and information, a literary and musical evening “Mukagali – an amazing poet” was dedicated to the life and work of the Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev. The main goal of the evening is to promote the life and work of the poet, develop the cadets’ spiritual values ​​and love of literature through Kazakh poetry, increasing the status of the state language.

Together with the Institute staff took part in the event in the personnel work of the Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda and Mangistau Regions transport departments, as well as the deputy head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the police colonel Kurumbayev RK, the chief  Directorate, Police Colonel Zhakupbekov M.K, Senior Inspector , Lieutenant Colonel of the Police in Reserve Tungushpaev R.T, Researcher of the MIA Museum, Lieutenant Colonel on itsii stock Satmaganbetova .A.N The closing ceremony was organized before the beginning of the evening, after which the deputy head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the police colonel Kurumbaev R.K. and the head of the Aktyubinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the police colonel S. Karakushev. handed certificates to the participants of the event.

During the literary-musical evening the cadets talked about the poet’s work, expressing it in his poems and songs. They presented his poems in his poetry. Cadets showed the production of the poem “When the Swans Slept” by the famous Kazakh poet Mukagali Makatayev.

Literary evening, reflecting the poet’s work, the activity of cadets and staff of the Institute were highly appreciated by the guests of the event.
