On November 6, 2019 the staff of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics organized a meeting with the Chairman of the Aktobe regional court, candidate of Juridical Sciences Abdolla Saken Zhusipakhmetovich for students of special initial training.
The meeting of the Chairman of the regional court with young lawyers took place in the educational building of the Institute, which trains police officers of the new format.
During the event, Saken Abdolla told the audience about the changes and achievements in the judicial system, explained in detail the changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the projects implemented in the courts of the region, and their results, and also dwelt on the requirements for candidates for judges.
Further, S. Abdolla voiced the main provisions of the Address of the President of RK Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan». The Chairman reminded that the Address is devoted to topical issues of ensuring the safety of Kazakhstanis, effective feedback with the population, openness, qualitative consideration of citizens’ appeals by state bodies, taking measures to improve the quality of court decisions, ensuring equal conditions for citizens in public legal disputes when appealing decisions and actions of bodies, toughening penalties for serious crimes against the person, systemic fight against corruption. In addition, the main provisions of the Administrative procedural and procedural code were explained to the audience.
The Head of the Institute, police Colonel A. E. Kabduev expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the regional court for information and explanatory work. The parties voiced the prospect of concluding a Memorandum on further cooperation, organizing the participation of cadets, students in open court sessions and holding an «open day».
Summing up the results of the event, the Chairman of the regional court stressed the demand for competent specialists in the judiciary and the interest of the judicial system in improving the quality of knowledge of young lawyers.
