In order to directly familiarize with the practical activities of the specialized administrative court of Aktobe, improve the level of practice-oriented training and the formation of professional competencies July 17, 2019 a lecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of the IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major V. V. Hasanova was devoted to hands-on field trip for students 5 and 7 platoons of a course of initial vocational training on the subject «Professional training».

As part of the training, the students visited the specialized administrative court of Aktobe.

During the classes the students attended the meetings chaired by judges       D. B. Khamieva, M. T. Toibazar and A. D. Djukbayeva for consideration of cases on administrative offenses for disorderly conduct; illegal actions in the sphere of domestic relationships; intentional infliction minor injury to health; the drinking of alcoholic drinks or emergence in public places in an intoxicated condition; control the vehicle by the driver in a condition of alcoholic intoxication; violation by drivers of traffic regulations, caused damage to vehicles.

Further, a meeting with the Chairman of the specialized administrative court of Aktobe A. K. Kalmukhambetov was organized for the listeners, where he explained the peculiarities of the consideration of cases of administrative offenses, noted the need to improve the legal literacy of the population, including the active use of information technologies developing in the judicial system.

Carrying out this lesson was informative for students, they were able to understand the important points of administrative proceedings, clearly acquainted with the order of application in practice of the studied theoretical material. In addition, the practitioners provided practical and methodological assistance in the training of students, which significantly increases the efficiency of the educational process.
