ABOUT HOLDING THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF LAW: ACHIEVEMENT AND PROSPECTS», DEDICATED TO THE 150th ANNIVERSARY OF THE AKTOBE CITY AND THE YEAR OF YOUTH

On June 7, 2019 in the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held an international scientific and practical conference: «Actual problems of law: achievements and prospect», dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city and the year of Youth, to discuss the most important and promising areas of research in the field of law, exchange of practical experience.

The plenary session of the conference was opened by the Deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for academic affairs, candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna, wishing creative and new scientific successes to its participants, also reminded the audience about the need to comply with the rules of the conference and expressed confidence that such events will serve as an important step for the further development of fruitful cooperation between universities in the framework of scientific and educational activities.

On-line welcoming speech from the far Eastern law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was made by the assistant chief for international cooperation, police Lieutenant Colonel K. Brazhensky, from the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia performed the head of the Department of administrative and legal disciplines, candidate of law, associate Professor, police Colonel V. B.Poezzhalov, as well as from the Rostov law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia performed the Deputy chief for academic affairs, candidate of law, associate Professor, police Colonel A. The conference was held in 5 areas: 1 section «Actual problems of administrative law and administrative activities», section 2 «Prospects of improving criminal, criminal executive law and criminology», section 3 «Modernization of criminal proceedings and ways of increase of efficiency of disclosure and investigation of crimes», section 4 «Psychological, special physical training of law enforcement officers and the language and culture of a lawyer», section 5 «Public-legal and civil-law activities: achievement and prospects».

At the end of the event, the Deputy chief of Institute for academic affairs, candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna and the Chairman of the Council of young scientists and experts of ALI MIA of RK n.a. M. Bukenbaev, senior lecturer of criminal law and criminology, police Lieutenant Colonel Aimetov Bakhtiar Shamilyevich noted the successful and fruitful conference and wished good luck. At the end of the event, the participants were awarded certificates.
