In order to implement the priority outlined in the Roadmap for the implementation of the third direction, dedicated to practice-oriented training of students, July 10, 2019 lecturer of the Department of ALaAA of IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major, V.V. Khasanova was devoted to hands-on field trip for listeners of the 5th and 7th platoons of the special course of initial training on the subject «training».

In the framework of the sessions the participants attended the reception and the police Department of Aktobe city. In the course of the lesson police receiver-distributor of Aktobe police Department, police Sergeant A.K. Suingariyev acquainted the listeners with the procedure and organization of the receiver-distributor of the internal affairs bodies, regulated by the order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 23, 2011 № 233 «On approval of the Rules of the organization of receivers-distributors of internal affairs».

Further A.K. Suingariyev explained the order, terms, the bases of the room and the contents of the persons who do not have a certain residence and (or) the documents proving the identity, and also identification with the wanted persons who have committed crimes, hiding from bodies of inquiry, investigation and court, missing and the subsequent transfer to the relevant bodies and organizations; order of support of the mode in the receiver-distributor providing safety of the containing persons and excluding possibility of their unauthorized leaving; conditions of rendering of medical aid contained persons and especially women with children, foreign nationals and individuals without citizenship.

At the end, the listeners were asked questions to the police receiver-distributor of the Aktobe police Department on the topic of the lesson, to which they received comprehensive answers.
