On May 14, 2019 during the advanced training course of the faculty of vocational and additional education, a lecture class was held on the «Legal training»  subject on the topic of: «International obligations to protect human and civil rights and freedoms» with the participation of a judge of the city court №3 Sarsenova Sandugash Serikkyzy.

At the beginning of the lesson acting head of the Department of general legal disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev candidate of law, police Lieutenant colonel A.Ibrayeva revealed to the audience the topic of the lesson, indicated the purpose and plan of its conduct, noted the relevance of the material in question, and also presented the invited employee.

During the course of the lesson, judge S.S. Sarsenova focused on the rules of the project «Assistants to the judges», which were launched in all courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2018. This innovation is especially important for citizens who for objective reasons cannot attend the court session.

During the lecture students asked questions regarding appeals to protect human rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen to the judiciary, the procedure for the electronic courtroom, as well as regulatory legal acts regulating judicial activities.

In general, the lesson conducted with the involvement of practical worker S.S. Sarsenova, achieved its goal.
