April 28, 2017 On the basis of the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the republican scientific and practical conference “Local Police Service: First Steps and Experience” was held in the conference hall.

The main purpose of the conference was discussion and exchange of experience on the issues of prevention of domestic crimes, recidivism, juvenile delinquency, crimes committed in the state of intoxication, unauthorized rallies (actions of police officers in unauthorized rallies and collection of materials), as well as studying the causes and conditions of committing offenses Minors and their prevention.

At the conference were: deputy head of the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of juridical  science , lieutenant colonel of the police Suleymanova G.Zh., chief of the Local police Service  of the WKR, police colonel M.S.Gabdullin, deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs WKR  Uralsk, lieutenant colonel of police Abuov B.N., deputy head of scientific work of Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Sh. Kabylbaeva, candidate of juridical  science, Associate Professor (docent), Colonel of Police Bachurin S.N, Chief of Staff of  local  police  service  of the  Department of Internal Affairs, candidate of juridical  science., Lieutenant Colonel Galym F.G, Head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Railways Almaty, Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Police Colonel  Igolnikov A.G, Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Colonel of Police Esmagambetov B.S, Associate Professor of Operational Investigative Department The lieutenant-colonel of the police Naimanbaev M.Zh., the deputy head of the department of general legal disciplines, the police major Ilaykov T.U., and the members of the working groups.

Based on the results of the work, the participants of the scientific and practical conference developed recommendations that concern the improvement of the local police service, and also discussed the problems. For which a questionnaire was prepared to conduct a survey of law enforcement officers, at the end of the conference, guests and participants were awarded certificates and compilations on the materials of the conference.
