February 28, 2017 in Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev an extraordinary extended meeting of the Academic Council devoted to explaining the main directions and tasks announced in the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness” January 31, 2017.

 The deputy meeting of the Maslikhat of Aktobe region , the director of Aktobe  regional branch of’’ Halyk Bank’’ of Kazakhstan JSC, the member of the Council of Business Women of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Atameken Tulegenova Apuazhan Tulegenovna, the chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Institute Aidosov Muratkali Kupzhasarovich, the leadership, Teaching staff and students of the Institute.

Opening the meeting, the head of the institute, candidate of legal sciences, the colonel of the police Karakushev Salimgerei Imangalievich noted that Elbasy once again outlined in his Message a holistic strategy for the further development of the state aimed at universal digitization of the economy, raising the standard of living of Kazakhstanis above the world average and steady promotion of our state to the number of 30 advanced countries by modernizing all spheres of society, including large-scale transformations in the educational sphere. All five priorities of the Message meet the objectives of Strategy-2050, which will be conducted on the basis of the Nation’s Plan of “100 concrete steps”.

The Chairman stressed that the Institute had a special role in achieving the set goals, the main one being further improvement of the educational process, in order to successfully train qualified specialists for the local police service.

In the course of his speech Tulegenov A.T. told about such priorities of the Message as “Accelerated technological modernization of the economy”, “Cardinal improvement and expansion of the business environment” and “Macroeconomic stability” aimed at ensuring high growth rates in all sectors of the economy, banking, business.

Head of the Institute’s Training and Methodological Center, Lieutenant Colonel Moldashev Rizuan Uteshevich, in his speech, disclosed the main tasks of the fourth priority of the Message “Improving the Quality of Human Capital”.

In turn, the head of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, Colonel of Police, Igolnikov Alexander Genadyevich, dwelt on clarifying the fifth priority “Institutional transformation, security and fighting corruption”.

At the end of the event, the head of the institute, the police colonel S.I.Karakushev noted that the faculty of the Institute supports the third modernization of the country proposed by the President and will continue to implement the goals set in the framework of the educational activities carried out by the university.
