February 25, 2017 within the walls of Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after  M. Bokenbaev event was held to explain the basic aspects of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan “the Third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness” on January 31, 2017.

The students were familiarized with the five priorities of this message, special attention was paid to the fifth priority of institutional reforms, security and the fight against corruption. In his speech, the Deputy chief of the first course in educational work, the police captain Eltaev SH. T. stressed that the President’s Message is a clear policy document defining specific areas for further development of our state. Currently, humanity is faced with rising terrorism. The key here are issues of combating the financing of destructive forces and relationships with foreign terrorist organizations, about the need for activities to prevent propaganda of religious extremism, including the Internet and social networks, the formation of zero tolerance in any action associated with radical manifestations, especially in the sphere of religious relations, as well as greater efforts to identify and eradicate the causes and prerequisites of corruption.

Also a presentation was made by senior lecturer of General legal disciplines, the Colonel of police A. K. Karimbaeva that said the address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an important political event for all citizens and the country as a whole. In conclusion quoting the words of our head of state N.A Nazarbayev., Karimbaeva A. K. stressed that “Kazakhstan is a young multinational, confident about its future dynamic nation! We passed the 25-year-old way of formation. In the next 25 years we expect an even higher level.

Collecting unique wealth of experience in creating state, we have entered a new phase. Sure, no matter what difficulties met ahead, we will overcome them. Our main strength is in unity.

We will turn Kazakhstan into an even more prosperous country for our future generations!”

In turn from the students was asked a series of questions, which were received satisfactory answers.

N., lecturer Department of General subjects, police captain Zhukaeva Zh.A., lecturer in military and physical training, police captain D. A. Duysenbaeva.
