On 26 and 27 September 2019, Nur-Sultan hosted a roundtable within the framework of the national dialogue «Protection of the rights of migrants and counteraction human trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan» in which work took part participation and made a report on the problems of youth migration Deputy Head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs named after M.Bukenbaev, police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova.

The national dialogue is a project of the US agency for international development (USAID) «Dignity and rights» realized by the International organization for migration (IOM)/UN agencies for migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On September 26 the roundtable was divided into several sections on development of recommendations for the working group: on the draft law «On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of migration processes»; protection rights of migrants to assist and protect victims of trafficking in Kazakhstan: on access ethnic migrant internally displaced persons tj public servces in the Republic of Kazakhstan, access to health services for migrants and issues of good faith employment and responsibility employers in protection of the rights of migrants.

On September 27 with opening remerks and a brief overview of the changes in areas of policy legislation and law enforcement practice the Deputy of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Committee-cultural development Мusyrman Кaribai Imanzhanuly spoke in the field of migration and combating human trafficking, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration (MLSPM of RK) Raiganiyev Yerlan Telmanovich, IOM national programme coordinators Belonosova Aliya and Zhasymbekova Svetlana, from the society of women spoke Syzdykova Saltanat Yeleusizovna (Kyzylorda c.).

Also with the presentation of recommendations from the participants of the first day National dialogue on the protection of the rights of migrant worker and countertrade people spoke Natalya Fedorovna Iskhakova — PF «Daris» of Aktobe city, Tarabukina Oksana — CS «Kaisar» of Temirtau town, Tabiltai Ainur — CS «Center of adaptation of repatriates» of Semei city, Orlova Alina — CS «Center of women support of Petropavlovsk city», Kosyuk Nina CF «Damytu» of Kostanay city.

Dialogue platform ended with the results and memorable photographing of the participants of this event.
