December 13, 2018 in Ufimian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Ufa) was held an International scientific and practical conference «Actual problems of the state and society in the area of human and civil rights and freedoms», dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, where took part the Head of the faculty of professional and additional education of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Serik Bakytovich Gizatov. Speaking at the plenary meeting with a report on theme: «Problems of ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the production of investigation and preliminary investigation».
Prior to the conference on December 12, 2018 a meeting was held with the leadership of the Institute in the name of the Head, police Colonel Alexei Sefedinovich Khanakhmedov, as well as the Deputy head of the Institute for academic affairs, police Colonel Alexei Urievich Terekhov, after which a tour of the Institute, a visit to the Museum, as well as excursions around the city of Ufa with a visit to the monument of Salavat Yulaev and square of Friendship.
