May 19, 2017 in 101 educational group on the discipline “IIO kyzmetkerlerinіn soileu  madenieti” a practical lesson was held on the topic “Sot zalyndagy katysushylardyn kopshilik aldindıda sөileui” The goal of the practical lesson is the formation of skills and skills in the use of speech communications in public speeches: judicial speech, judicial speakers, as well as cultures and ethics of speeches in the judicial debate.

The main place in the judicial debate is the speech of the prosecutor and the speech of the lawyer. In relation to these participants in the trial, the pronouncement of a judicial speech is a professional and procedural duty. Thus, the occupation was conducted in the form of a court session, where the cadets demonstrated the prosecutor’s accusatory speech and the lawyer’s defense speech. Further, the cadets summed up not only the judicial examination of the case, but also all previous work, analyzed the evidence, stated their position on the case. The cadets also pointed to the Biev Court as a court of high morals, which was built and based on such fundamental principles as its unshakable foundations, like judicial integrity, the essence and moral orientation of judicial decisions, the accessibility and publicity of the court, the judge’s possession of oratory as A means of proving and justifying a judicial decision, the orientation of the court to reconcile the parties and full compensation for the damage caused by the offense. One of the outstanding features of the biys court is in its spirituality: the spiritual content of the disputes in question has always prevailed, the biys have tried to adhere first and foremost to the moral attitudes prevailing in society. This event caused cadets interest and even greater desire to learn the basics of building a public speech, the structures of various types of speeches and their stylistic specificity, to the knowledge that they will be used in future professional activities.
