In Aktobe, in the building of Nur Otan party February, 27 2020 hosted an international scientific-practical conference the «Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1995, and its importance in the development of the state and society», dedicated to 25-anniversary of the Constitution.

The plenary session was attended by akim of Aktobe region Ondasyn Urazalin, member of the Union of journalists of Russia, the writer-ethnographer Kunsulu Namazova, member of the Majilis Gulnar Bizhanova, member of the constitutional Council of Kazakhstan Alibek Temerbekov, academician of the Academy of social Sciences of RK, doctor of philosophical Sciences, Amangeldy Aitaly, rectors of higher education institutions of Almaty, Nur Sultan, the heads of government agencies, Deputy chief of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after of Malkezhdar Bukenbaev, candidate of juridical sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel Dosaev Talgat Beibitovich, head of the research center of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkezhdar Bukenbaev, PhD, police Major Utegenov Chingiz Kuanyshbekovich, the students of the third course of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkezhdar Bukenbaev.

The conference participants made presentations on the topics «the Constitution of Kazakhstan: power and the people”, «Constitution – guarantee of stability and democracy, and «Aktobe region, as one of the fastest growing regions of the country, contributing to the socio-economic development of Kazakhstan».
