April 11, 2017 as part of the study of the discipline “Civil Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” senior lecturer of the “General Legal Disciplines” lieutenant colonel Karimbaeva A.K. An off-site practical training (master class) was organized in the court of the city of Aktobe. Participation in the event took cadets 1st course 104 platoon. The cadets attended the court session on the civil case for compensation of damage to property and compensation for moral damage.

The presiding officer of the process of acting Chairman of the court of  Aktobe in civil cases, Sembekov Kanat Seitzhapparovich after the end of the court session answered numerous questions of cadets. The students received invaluable practical experience, which will help in successful mastering of the disciplines studied and subsequent application of theoretical knowledge. Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaeva expresses gratitude to the acting the chairman of the court of the city of Aktobe in civil matters to Sambekov Kanat Seitzhapparovich for the successful experience of cooperation and invaluable assistance in organizing the practical training of cadets.
