«Improvement of education in criminal intelligence and as part of the main religious movement learning», as well as research development plan, by the department of criminal intelligence together with the department of scientific research organization and editing and publishing operations based on Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev carried out the republican research-to-practice conference «Questions of improvement of the intelligence legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in light of modern realities »,devoted to the 100 anniversary of service obligation formation of criminal investigation department”
The conference was attended by retrainees, representatives of law enforcement and special activities and organizations, including:
– Abishev Rinat Rakhimgaliuli—special agent of anti-extremism department of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police captain;
– Akhmetov Darkhan Sagyndykuli—special agent of Management on anti-extremism department of DIA Aktobe region, Police Captain;
– Kusaiynov Dosken Nurkasymuli—senior service agent of Management on anti-extremism department of DIA East Kazakhstan Oblast, senior police lieutenant;
– Nurumzhanova Marina Sovetovna—dignitary, pensioner of Ministry of Internal Affairs;
-Zhumagazin Talgat — dignitary, pensioner of Ministry of Internal Affairs;
– Kudabaeva Zhuldyz— magistrand of the Institute of Postgraduate Education Of Karaganda Academy of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Beisenov, police major.
The opening speech for the opening of the conference was given to the acting Head of the Institute, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Police Colonel Galia Zhanabekovna Suleimanova.
On the plenary session spoke law enforcement agents, invited guests and higher education teaching personnel of the Institute, the reports were announced, important issues on improvement of education in criminal intelligence as part of the main religious movement learning.
All participants of the conference honored memory by the moment of silence of special agents, who died in discharge of duty.
Following the plenary session, break-out sessions were held in two main areas:
- Questions of improvement of the criminal intelligence.
- Pre-trial investigation within carrying out covert investigating activities.
At the breakout sessions discussed topical issues of criminal intelligence in the territorial operational subdivision of the Department of Internal Affairs, as well as pre-trial investigation under realization of covert investigative activities.
Taking into account the conducted plenary and sectional work, the participants of the conference discussed and prepared guidelines that will be applied in the future in the educational process for students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and employees of territorial operational subdivision of DIA.
At the end of this conference, after the closing speech of the acting Head of the Institute, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Colonel Galia Zhanabekovna Suleimanova, who thanked the invited guests for their active participation in the conference, the participants were awarded certificates, gifts and collective photography took part.
The invited guests noted the high rate of higher educational teaching personnel of the Institute in the educational and research work, and wished further success in the training of highly qualified personnel for the territorial subdivisions of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
