According to the schedule to attract practitioners to conduct training sessions, March 13, 2018 on the subject “Civil Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on “Jurisdiction and venue of civil cases” in the 101-102 Account. group 1b course of the faculty of full-time education, a lecture session was held with the participation of the judge of the City Court No. 1 Zugunisova Mirash Pameshyzy.
In early studies senior lecturer in the Aktobe legal institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, lieutenant colonel of police cadets Z.Nurysh disclosed subject class, specify the purpose and plan for, noted the relevance of the material, and also introduced a guest worker.
The purpose of the lecture session is to disclose the notion of jurisdiction and jurisdiction of civil cases, to familiarize cadets with the types of subordinate civil cases.
According to the plan, the following issues were considered:
- The concept and types of jurisdiction.
- Jurisdiction of civil cases to courts.
- Jurisdiction of civil cases.
In the course of Zhugunisova accentuated the attention of students studying new changes and amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which were adopted on November 23, 2015.
During the lecture, students asked questions about the problems of citizens claim to the courts, the order of the electronic judicial office, as well as the normative legal acts regulating judicial activities.
In general, the occupation, conducted with the involvement of a practical worker Zhugunisova M.P, has reached its goal.
