October 30, 2019 in the framework of the scientific-practical school «Lawyer» on the implementation of the cooperation agreement between Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev and Orenburg state University conducted an international debate tournament among students on the theme «Death penalty: pros and cons ».
At the beginning of the event, a welcoming speech was made by the Head of the Department of organization of scientific-research and editorial-publishing work of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, master of law, police Lieutenant Colonel A. K.Karimbaevа. Where she wished all participants good luck and victory.
The moderator of the tournament was senior lecturer Department of General disciplines of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Major A. Zh.Zharashan, the jury: O. Yu.Kostenko — lecturer of Department of organization of judicial and procuratorial and investigative activities of the Orenburg state University, master of law; A. A.Alimpiev — Deputy head of the Department of criminal law and criminology of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Lieutenant Colonel; A.A.Aidarlinov — responsible for the organization of the SCP, district inspectors and their assistants of PD of Tselinograd district, police Major.
To summarize made by the police Lieutenant A.A. Alimpiev, where he thanked all participants for their work in this tournament, praised the training of cadets and students and announced the winners: 1st place went to the team of the Orenburg state University «Femida» in the category the «captain’s Cup» was won by the captain of the team of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev «Birlik» S.Zh.Abdrakhmanova, in the nomination «Best speaker» — team member of «Femida» A. A.Mironov and a member of the team «Birlik» A. S. Afanasyeva.
