On February 25, 2019 as a part of the festivities of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, the Department of military and physical training together with the Department of organization of scientific research and editing and publishing operations held an international roundtable discussion, which was attended by representatives of the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation , Ural law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Barnaul law Institute of Russia, Orenburg state University, representatives of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Military Institute of air defense Forces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Y. Begeldinov, participants of local wars. The Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Far Eastern law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic took part online. In order to improve Patriotic education at this event were invited retrainees service personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the teaching staff of the Institute.

As part of the international roundtable discussion, the guests of the Institute together with the authorities and veterans of the IAB opened the hall of international relations and the conference hall in a formal atmosphere.

The event was opened by the moderator — head of the Department of organization of scientific research and editing and publishing operations of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police lieutenant Colonel Karimbaeva Aislu Kairlaevna .

The opening speech was given to the head of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of Juridical Sciences, associate Professor (assistant professor), police Colonel Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich and chief deputy of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev for academic affairs, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.

At the end of the event, a minute of silence was declared in commemoration of dead servicemen in the Afghan war.

The results of the international roundtable discussion were summed up by chief deputy of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaevfor academic affairs, candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna. — «Our hearts are filled with indelible sorrow from the loss of soldiers, pride for those who honorably performed military duty in the Afghan foreign land».

The international round table was held in the form of discussion and constructive dialogue, in a friendly and lively atmosphere and ended with the presentation of certificates and memorable photography.
