On June 30, 2017, the International Conference “Administrative Delictology: State, Problems and Prospects” was held at the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (Ekaterinburg), dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the introduction of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.
The International conference was attended by the faculty of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, the Moscow University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia named after V.Ya. Kikotya, Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Barnaul, Orel legal institutes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ural State Law University and the Ural State Economic University, studying from Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. From the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkejdar Bukenbaev, the deputy head of the institute for academic work, the police colonel Dauletiyarov D.A, the deputy head of the general education disciplines department, the police major Ilaykov T.U., the senior lecturer of the department of administrative law and Administrative activity of the police department, lieutenant colonel of police Kudaibergenov D.O.
The conference was opened by the head of the UraI Law Institute of the Ministry Interior of Russia, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Major General of Police Guk Alexander Ivanovich.
Also Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Colonel of Police Korkin Andrey Vladimirovich, Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Management of the Ural State Law University, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Dmitry Vladimirovich Osintsev, Head of the Department of State and Civil Law Disciplines of the Moscow University of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia named after V.Ya. Kikotya (Ryazan branch), PhD in Law Alexander Popov.
In the plenary session, the deputy head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Malkejar Bukenbaev, spoke on the academic work, the police colonel Dauletiyarov DA
This event served as an important step for the further development of fruitful cooperation between the universities of our countries.
As a result of the conference, the head of the ULI of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Major-General of Police Guk Alexander Ivanovich received certificates to all participants.
