On attraction by the department of “Administrative law and Administrative activities of BIA “of law enforcement practitioners for conducting training sessions

In order to train qualified personnel of the internal affairs bodies, the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the BIA maintains a close relationship with practical employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Aktobe  region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the Department of Internal Affairs is the structural subdivision of the Institute, which trains specialists for the internal affairs bodies in administrative and legal specialization, in this connection, the involvement of practitioners is carried out in accordance with the specifics, subjects of the disciplines taught and is related to the implementation of tasks.

Classes held with the invitation of a practical worker of a law enforcement body contribute to a deeper assimilation of the theoretical positions of the subjects studied at the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the BIA. For example, the subject “Vocational training”, being an applied legal discipline, is of a practical nature and can not be considered isolated from the current practice of applying the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

June 23, 2017 st.prepodovatelyom Department AL and AA   BIA Lieutenant Colonel Ayupov Zh.A. to conduct a lecture on the topic “Tactics of suppression and disclosure of offenses at protected sites”, an employee of the MSSS of the Aktobe  region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the police captain Guley  A.V. During the lesson, four issues were considered:

  1. Strict performance of job descriptions by MIA staff providing security for protected sites.
  2. Qualitative organization of throughput and within the object mode.
  3. Fulfillment of requirements for engineering and technical strengthening of protected objects by economic entities.

4.Taktika suppression and the disclosure of violations of protected sites.

The purpose of this lesson was to familiarize the students with the legal framework, the specifics and methods of the unit.

Summarizing, it can be concluded that, in general, the task was achieved. In this case, the conclusions were justified by the relevant regulations.
