The department of general education disciplines with students of the initial training courses during the training period conducts daily trainings for the special course “Fundamentals of the culture of speech and oratory of the police officers.”

With the help of trainings that are held in the form of press conferences, role-playing games, self-presentations, students master the skills of public speaking; skills of conducting group discussions on solving various tasks; conflict resolution strategies and techniques; negotiation techniques; train skills to clearly, clearly and intelligibly state the essence of the problem and ways to solve it; train the ability to argue their statements, to convincingly state their arguments; on the basis of their speeches, they correct the unconstructive techniques of public speaking.

These trainings arouse great interest among students and a great desire to master the techniques of conducting an effective conversation and removing communicative barriers when communicating with various categories of citizens in future professional activities.
