On March 5, 2020 for the purpose of Patriotic and ideological education of students, the Department of General legal disciplines organized and held a solemn event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the great Victory and the 96th anniversary of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev. The event began with the laying of flowers by the Institute’s management, the faculty of the Department and the students of the initial training at the grave of Malkezhdar Bukenbaev. The solemn event itself was held near the monument to M. Bukenbaev on the territory of the Institute.

The event continued with the performance of the national anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laying of flowers to the bust of Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev. The memory of the War Hero was honored with a minute of silence, after which the listeners of the initial training passed in front of the monument with a solemn March.

The event continued in the Assembly hall of the Institute, where the head of the Institute, police Colonel A.E. Kabduev, made a memorable speech to the students of the training course, then a documentary about the life of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev was shown to the students of the training course. After watching the movie with parting words were made by veterans S. R. Rzabekov, V.A. Syunyakov, T. U. Ilaikov the event ended with a closing remarks of the chief of the Department of law disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel A. K. Ibraeva.

The purpose of this event is to honor the memory of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev, a veteran of the second world war, and to educate young officers of the internal affairs bodies in the spirit of courage and heroism of our hero and to be worthy of his exploits.
