April 24, 2019 at the monument of the obelisk «Gun» named in honor of 312 infantry division and 101 infantry brigade Regional children’s library named after N. Baiganin spent an hour of memory «Pride of the nation, the owner of a strong spirit» dedicated to the Hero of the Soviet Union Aliya Moldagulova. In order to Patriotic education of the younger generation was told about the immortal feat of Aliya, participants enthusiastically read poetry and sang songs dedicated to the heroic daughter of the Kazakh people. Readers were presented a book exhibition «Aliya’s eternal spirit».

The students of 1A, 1B, 2A of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took an active part in this event, namely cadet of 2A course Zabikhova Zarina read poems in her own writing, as well as student of 1A course Aidoskyzy Nazym performed songs on poems of B. Tazhibayev and music of S. Baiterekov «Aliya».

At the end of the event, memorable photos were taken, and three books on military topics were donated to the library of the Institute.
