On October 8, 2019 within the framework of the program of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on giving the educational process a practical orientation, the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, together with specialists and volunteers of the Aktobe regional branch of the red Crescent Society, organized and conducted tactical exercises in a competitive form. The direct participants of the exercises were students of courses of special initial training, for the first time entering the IAB for the positions of ordinary, Junior and middle commanders.
For participation in competitions from among listeners 5 teams were formed: 1 — «Rescuer», 2 — «Arlan», 3 — «Sunkar», 4 — «Jaguar», 5 — «Sheriff». The judges of this event were volunteers of the Aktobe regional branch of the red Crescent Society.
According to the scenario of the exercise, 5 situational zones (accident sites) were organized, namely: «Train», «Plane», «Road accident», «Shop», station of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), where it was necessary to provide assistance to victims with various types of injuries and conditions.
Each of the five teams consistently worked out their known methods of providing pre-medical care in each of the proposed situations, while the judges noted and commented on the mistakes made, put each team an assessment.
At the end of the competition, the judges made a collegial scoring and distributed prizes, awarded diplomas and prizes to the winners. The first place took the team «Squad», consisting of: R.Utegenova, A.Sansyzbaevа, A.Shalygа, M. Zhanguzhinova, A.Murtieva. Second place the team «Sunkar» consist of: R.Duldasheva, T.Taldybaeva, B.Temirkhanova, E.Akimzhanova, D, Meirbekova Third place took the team «Sheriff», consisting of: D.Kulkeeva, B. Kerimova, K. Basarieva, E.Zhigerbaeva, G.Rakisheva the other participants received consolation prizes.
On behalf of the leadership of the Institute by the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics to the employees of the Aktobe regional branch of the red Crescent Society — E. A. Diyarov, M. K. Myrzabay, N. Kurmanbay, G. A. Ayapova, A. A. Diyarov were awarded letters of thanks for the organization of such a large-scale, interesting and informative event. The volunteers were also presented with sweet prizes and words of gratitude.
Thanks to good organization, diligence and skill of the volunteers, imitating the victims and to the professionalism of the instructors GST, tournament participants and fans were able to appreciate and experience the whole range of feelings, emotions, experiences and responsibility when making decisions in extreme situations, because the life and health of the victim depends on how the future police officer prepared theoretically and able to provide first medical and psychological assistance. Legal education and legal culture are the essential qualities of a modern police officer-a «new format» police officer, but he must also possess well-known human qualities, because in the profession it is not permissible to forget about a person who needs not only protection, but also timely emergency assistance in any situation and under any circumstances.
