According to the training plan and approved Memorandum between Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after  M. Bukenbaev and the Agency for civil service and anti-corruption in the Aktobe region  April 24, 2019 sectional seminar on «Training in effective communication with the public, public speaking, interaction with mass media» by the head of Department of Criminal law and criminology police Colonel A. Zh. Seitenov attracted to the practical officer and it chief specialist of the Department of prevention, agency for civil service and anti-corruption in the Aktobe region N. Z Kaldybaev.

The lesson took place at the career development course, according to the schedule, for the heads of the local police service and deputies for administrative work of the CDPD.

Conducted a lecture on the topic «Corruption and other criminal offenses against the interests of public service and public administration», and also considered the following issues: «Concept of corruption and other criminal offenses against the interests of public service and public administration», «Types of corruption and other criminal offenses against the interests of public service and public administration».

N. Z. Kaldybaev brought to the students of the career development course the novelties of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning their orientation, as well as organizational and practical measures to prevent corruption in the police Department. Also, a heated discussion found topical issues related directly to the organization of detection and investigation of criminal offenses on corruption crimes and their rapid response in certain situations.
