October 24, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international scientific-practical conference «Actual problems of disclosure and investigation of crimes» (via videoconference), organizer of which was the Ural law Institute of MIA of Russia.

With a welcome speech by the acting head of Ural law Institute of MIA of Russia, PhD in law, associate Professor, police Colonel D. L. Kokorin, and from Aktobe law Institute of MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev — the Deputy chief of Institute on scientific work, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova.

In this event, the section «Forensic, criminal law and criminal procedure aspects of disclosure and investigation of crimes» with reports from the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.M. Bukenbaev were made by the senior teachers of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics — master of law, Lieutenant Colonel of police Chuprinyuk Natalia «Novelties in the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: features, efficiency and effectiveness» and police Major Minaidarov Sagintai Mukhitovich «Form of pre-trial investigation in the criminal process of Russia and Kazakhstan».

Also presented in this section were made by the representatives of the University of internal affairs of Mongolia, Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Belarus, Kostanay Academy of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbaev, Barnaul law Institute of MIA of Russia and the East Siberian Institute of MIA of Russia.

The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and situations, showed sincere interest in the topic.

At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up, proposals for further holding such events were made.
