October 5, 2019 at the faculty of professional and additional education of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev graduated students of the career development course in the category «Training in methods of effective communication with the population, oratory» for heads of units of the patrol police. During the week, officers, along with the study of changes in legislation and improvement of skills and abilities of professional training, were trained in methods of communication with different categories of citizens, culture of communication and etiquette requirements not only for oral but also for written speech of the police.

The culture of speech of the IAB officer and the rules of official communication are important indicators of professionalism, form the image of both the individual employee and the police as a whole.

Upon completion of training, the acting Head of the PaAED of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs named after M.Bukenbae police Major E. K. Balymov students were awarded certificates on successful completion of the course.
