On September 25, 2017, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation between the Aktobe Prosecutor’s Office and the Aktyubinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the Plan of Classes for the 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 09 October 2017 the Institute of Theoretical and Practical Studies on the Development of the Criminal Procedure Process and Criminal Investigation Skills for the Prosecutors of the Shalkar and Mugalzhar  Regions, the City of Aktobe and the Aktobe Region.

In the class of the EMC of the Institute, lectures were held from 02 to 09 October 2017 from 16: 00-18: 00. So October 2, 2017 on the topic: “General conditions for the investigation: investigation, forms and terms of the investigation, forensic versions and planning of the investigation” was conducted by the associate professor of the Criminal Law and Criminology Department, Colonel of Police I.N. Ayapbergenov; October 03 lecture on the topic: “The main provisions of the tactics of inspection of the scene” held the head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Colonel of Police A.G.Igolnikov; On October 4, a lecture on “Tactics of search and seizure” was held by the head of the faculty of professional and additional education, Colonel S.B. Gizatov; October 05 lecture on the topic: “The tactics of interrogation” conducted an associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Colonel of Police I.N. Ayapbergenov; October 05 lecture on the topic: “The tactics of interrogation” was conducted by the head of the Department of Criminal Process and Criminalistics, Colonel of Police AGIgolnikov; October 6 lecture on the topic: “Rules for the appointment and production of forensic examinations”; and “Verification and clarification of testimony on the spot, an investigative experiment” conducted Art.
