October 30, 2019 faculty of full-time education in collaboration with the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev was invited by the investigating judge of the specialized court of the Aktobe city Abdirov Askhat Amantaevich post with the report: «Discussion on some aspects of the President’s address Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan».

A. A. Abdirov explained about the Message of the President of the country Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev, in which it was noted about the continuity of the policy of Elbasy and the implementation of systemic reforms. He stressed that it is necessary to proceed from the need for the full implementation of the five institutional reforms and the national Plan developed by Elbasy. Considerations are made about the implementation of common tasks, in particular its primitive platform.  

A. A.Abdirov noted in detail the second section of the Address of the Head of state, dedicated to ensuring the rights and security of citizens.

Also, the investigating judge was told about the importance of the investigating judge in practice and his powers.

After the report, the cadets and the teaching staff were asked questions of interest to them, mainly relating directly to the activities of the investigating judge. On the future prospects of the Institute, questions about the statistical data on the deposition of testimony, as well as a number of questions on the above report.

This event was attended by 2nd and 3rd year cadets, faculty of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, as well as staff of the faculty of full-time education of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.
