In the framework of the International Scientific and Theoretical Conference “Actual Problems of  Modern Science” in the light of the address of the President of the Republic of  Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution”, dedicated to the Day of Science, a volleyball tournament was organized among cadets (students), undergraduates and adjuncts of higher educational institutions. The competition was held in the gymnasium of the Aktobe Law Institute named after M. Bukenbayev April 7, 2018.

The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Colonel of police S.I. Karakushev, deputy head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbayev for educational work, colonel of police D.A. Dauletiarov, deputy chief of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev for scientific work, candidate of law, lieutenant colonel of police G.Zh. Suleymanova, Head of the Department of Military and Physical Training, Colonel of Police M.D. Nurshayev, invited guests, fans and judges.

The main judge of the tournament Zhanashov B.N. (judge of the 1st category in volleyball) explained the rules of the game. Also, Vyacheslav Syunyakov, member of the council of veterans, first deputy chairman of Aktobe branch of  “Dynamo” Istlyaup Z.T. world champion in sambo, judo and martial arts Baylieva R.O. was invited as a court building.

The team took part in the tournament – the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan  named after B. Beysenov, Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after  M.Esbolatov,  Kostanay  Academy of  the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of  Kazakhstan named after  Sh. Kabylbaeva, Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev, Aktobe Regional State University named after. K. Zhubanov, Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces named after Twice Hero of the Soviet Union T.Begeldinov, as well as guests from the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Each team during the game showed its eagerness to win.

Based on the results of the game, having scored more points, the team of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named  after M. Bukenbayev came out on top, the 2nd place was taken by the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, 3rd place – the team of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov and the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of  Russia. In this game on the nomination “The best striker” was recognized cadet of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev Utargaliev Farhat, “Best player” – cadet of Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces named after Twice Hero of the Soviet Union T.Begeldinov Makhpyrov Arsham, “Best binder” – student of Aktobe Regional State University named after. K. Zhubanov Zhumagaliuly Halykkeray.

The team of the Karaganda Academy was awarded a diploma “For Will to Win” and a consolation prize – a volley ball.

As a result of the tournament, deputy head of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, lieutenant colonel of the police Suleymanova G.Zh. member of the council of veterans Syunyakov V.A. first deputy chairman of the Aktobe branch of “Dynamo” Istlyaup Z.T. and the world champion in sambo, judo and martial arts Bailieva R.O. awarded the winners cups, medals, as well as diplomas and certificates of honor. Consolation prizes were given to the rest of the teams.
