May 28, 2019 Chairman of the special investigative court of the Aktobe city M.K. Duysen together with the teachers of the Department of criminal procedure and criminology of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held a lecture on «Investigating judge and his powers» for the cadets of the Institute.

The purpose of this event was to familiarize future officers of the internal affairs bodies with the work of the investigating judge, as well as with frequently encountered in practice problematic issues in the pre-trial investigation and ways to solve them.

During the event, the Chairman of the court M. K.Duysen drew the attention of the cadets to the need for strict compliance with the law, starting with the initial stage of pre-trial proceedings. The meeting caused a lively discussion among the participants and left positive emotions. Cadets expressed gratitude for the organized lecture and wished success in work for the benefit of our great Motherland – the Republic of Kazakhstan.
