On November 29, 2017, as part of the implementation of the Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Educational and Scientific Activities between the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev and the BarnaulJuridical Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, an online lecture was conducted with cadets of the Barnaul Juridical Institute.
Online lecture was conducted on the topic: “Legal status of the investigative judge in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
The lecture was opened by the head of the faculty of additional and professional education of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the colonel of the police Gizatov S.B., who after the greeting gave the floor to the teacher of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, the police major Minaidarov S.M.-lecturer.
In his speech Minaidarov S.M. highlighted two issues of the lecture session: 1) the establishment of the institution of the investigative judge: certain features of the Kazakhstani criminal process; 2) the legal status of the investigating judge in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the lecture session attended by the faculty of the Department of Criminal Process and Criminalistics, instructors-methodologists of the educational and methodological center and the leadership of the Institute.
During the online lecture on the part of colleagues and cadets of the Barnaul Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, questions were raised regarding the topic under consideration. Practical questions were answered by the head of the Faculty of Additional and Professional Education, Colonel of Police Gizatov S.B.
