In order to conduct an explanatory work within a framework of President’s message of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan dated this October 5, 2018 «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and quality of life», and according to the plan of organizational and practical measures for the formation in society the principle of «Zero tolerance» to administrative offenses as of 2018, November 30, 2018 senior lecturer of intelligence operations department, police Lieutenant Colonel S.A.Tuleev  held lectures with the students of the 1st and 2nd year course of Aktobe Polytechnic College and Aktobe road-transport, where they were explained the tasks and objectives of the President’s message  of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the principles of «Zero tolerance» to administrative offences.
During the lectures, brochures, booklets and instruction booklets under the principle of «Zero tolerance» to administrative offences were handed around.
