March 30, 2019 the head of the police Department of Aktobe region, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, the police major General M.Kh. Abisatov within the framework of practice-oriented educational process, held regular lectures on investigative activities for students of the faculty of full-time education of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev.

During the lecture, the police major General M.Kh. Abisatov announced positive experience of disclosure of operational units of the police Department of serial killings of citizens in the Republic. He dwelled in detail on the tactics and methods of solving murders of citizens on sexual grounds, genomic examination, securing evidence on other operational and investigative aspects. He announced the complexity of the disclosure and the typical mistakes made by operational staff in solving murders.

The lesson was informative, examples from personal practice were given, and in order to consolidate the lecture, a documentary film under the conditional name «Nehristi» was shown, about a gang of murderers who committed the murder of 29 citizens in the period from 1998 to 2000 in the city of Almaty and Almaty region, in the disclosure and capture of which he personally participated. Cadets and present teachers of the Department of OIA showed interest, actively participated in the conversation, asked questions, shared their vision.

The final part of the lecture, police major General M.Kh. Abisatov summed up, made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
