Practice-oriented lectures held by the head of transit police Department, police Colonel S.Zh. Sarsenov at the Aktobe station together with the head of investigation Department of TPD at the Aktobe station, police Major Taskenov D.N.

March 26, 2019 the head of transit police Department, police Colonel S.Zh. Sarsenov at the Aktobe station together with the head of investigation Department of TPD at the Aktobe station, police Major Taskenov D.N. conducted lectures on the «Investigation of thefts of cargo from rolling stock» for the cadets of the faculty of full-time education in order to strengthen practice-oriented educational process of Universities of the MIA and within the framework of the implementation of the roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 2019-2021 years.

During the lecture S.Zh. Sarsenov highlighted the topical issues of organization of activity of TPD to ensure public order and security of cargo and personal property of citizens on objects of railway and air transport.

The choice of the topic, from police Colonel S.Zh. Sarsenov perspective, due to the fact that most common crimes committed by rail remain theft. In his opinion, this is due to the considerable length of railway routes, round-the-clock operation of railway transport, the large number of technological operations for the processing of transported goods, the concentration of a large number of inventory items on railway transport facilities.

During the lecture the head of ID TPD at the Aktobe station D. N. Taskenov more in detail stopped on questions of methodology of the investigation of theft of cargo from rolling stock, emphasized the procedural aspects of securing evidence, investigative actions and examinations.

The lecture was informative, examples from practice were given. Cadets and teachers of the Department of OIA showed interest, actively participated in the conversation, asked questions, shared their vision. In the final part of the lecture, police Colonel S. Zh. Sarsenov summed up, made recommendations and suggestions, and also pointed out that the conduct of such practice-oriented lectures and the study of positive experience of TPD undeniable benefits in the training of cadets.
