As part of the Road map for the modernization of the Internal Affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019 – 2021, in order to strengthen the interaction of territorial police units with the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the practice-orientation of the educational process, the head of the transit police Department at the Aktobe station, police Colonel S. Zh.Sarsenov together with the teaching staff of the Department of OIA of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for cadets of 2 «А» course on March 15, 2019 conducted practical training on the subject of «Operational investigative activities” with the use of elements of psychotechnology (profiling) in conditions close to reality, to consolidate the theoretical knowledge and practical skills and abilities to identify, prevent and suppress criminal and administrative offenses on the objects of railway transport.

 During the training, the head of the TPD at the Aktobe station, police Colonel S. Zh.Sarsenov highlighted the activities of the transit police Department in transport, the complexity of the transport police in connection with the length of the railway sections, the use of advanced technologies in the fight against offenses, in addition, issues of interaction with the public and other organizations of railway transport were raised.

With students in real conditions were fulfilled actions to identify and prevent theft of personal property of citizens, fraud, immigration, public order, wanted criminals etc.

As a result of the practical training, a number of mistakes made by the cadets in the development of practical actions were pointed out. Recommendations and mutual wishes were expressed. Head of the TPD at the station of Aktobe, police Colonel S.Zh. Sarsenov in general noted good theoretical preparedness of cadets of ALI MIA of RK n.a. M. Bukenbaev, and also pointed out that the conduct of practice-oriented classes with students and the study of the positive experience of the transit police Department on transport while training at ALI of MIA of RK. n.a. M. Bukenbaev will bring undeniable benefits in the training of future police officers of the new format.
