In the Assembly Hall of the Institute for the newly arrived students of the 1st year with the purpose of acquaintance with the activity of the departments and departments of the Institute, the faculty of resident training  on September 14, 2018 organized the training course  “Acquiring  knowledge is your goal, and being educated is a duty!”. The purpose of the training was to familiarize the newly enrolled cadets with the faculty and activities of the departments, departments and services of the Institute.

The organized training course for cadets of the first year began with welcoming words and wishes of the acting Head of the Institute, Police Colonel G. Suleimanova and Deputy Chief of the Combatant forces, Police Colonel K.M. Manapbaev. Senior teacher-methodologist of the faculty of full-time education, Police major D.Zh.Usenov told the first year students about the history of the establishment of the institute, acquainted them with the disciplines that they will study and introduced to the educational process, having demonstrated the academic calendar in the form of slides. The heads of the departments that carry out the educational process at the institute acquainted the cadets with the story behind department, the taught disciplines, the faculty, with the achievements of the departments, demonstrating in the form of slides on the LED screen.

Along with it, the heads of the general and special libraries acquainted cadets with the library stock of the Institute. The department of the organization of research and editorial and publishing work told the students about the conferences, seminars, contests held with the participation of cadets, both in the Institute itself and in the educational Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad, about scientific study groups, video materials about earlier held events .

Also, the cadets were introduced with the employees of personnel management and educational work department of the Institute. Then the Inspector of the educational department of the Institute acquainted those present with an appointment order of platoon curators.

At the end of the training course, the appointed curators for their platoons conducted an excursion around the Institute.
