Practical training at the forensic testing ground for cadets (students) participating in the scientific and practical school of a lawyer within the framework of the international scientific and theoretical conference “Actual problems of modern science”

April 5, 2018, the head of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the Colonel of the Police I. Igolnikov. and the teacher of the Department of Criminal Process and Criminalistics, Major of Police Minaidarov S.M. Practical classes were held with cadets (students) of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbolatov, Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beysenov, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, as well as Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Orenburg State University. Practical classes were conducted on the topics: “Forensic pathology” and “Forensic weapons research”.

The lesson began with an opening speech by the head of the department, Colonel of Police Igolnikov A.G. Further according to the prepared program cadets (students) were divided into 4 sections, where each of the participants performed the role of practical employee (investigator, operative officer, district police inspector, forensic expert, forensic expert). The participants of the event were invited to inspect the scene of the crime for certain types of crimes, represented as sections equipped for an apartment, shop and cellar of a residential building, where household goods, equipment, material evidence, mannequins are located.

Section №1 – examination of the corpse with signs of violent death.

Section № 2 – examination of the corpse with signs of suicide.

Section № 3 – inspection of the scene of the incident on the theft of property with a break-in.

Section № 4 – detection, fixation and removal of tracological tracks.

In the course of practical exercises, cadets (students) worked out theoretical questions and acquired practical skills in detecting, fixing and removing traces, material evidence, packaging and research.

On the practical lesson on the topic: “Forensic study of weapons” major police Minaidarov S.M. demonstrated samples of firearms, traumatic, gas and pneumatic weapons, as well as ammunition and traces of their use (bullets, shells, shells).

Practical classes were conducted at the forensic testing site in conditions as close as possible to the real ones. At the end of the lesson, Colonel of Police Igolnikov A.G. wished all participants to reach high professional heights and to direct all their knowledge and skills in the fight against crime, strengthening law and order.
