On March 12, 2020 Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics organized a lecture session with cadets of 201-205 study groups of the 2A course on the discipline «Criminal procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» with the participation of a lawyer, a member of the Aktobe regional bar Association Delmanov Sisenbay Sarsembayevich.
During the lesson, the topic «Participants in criminal proceedings» was considered, where the invited specialist widely disclosed the types, concepts, and powers of participants in criminal proceedings.
The lecturer paid special attention to the judicial system, namely, the features of consideration of cassation complaints in the Supreme court, the powers of the investigating judge, Prosecutor, defender and the role of mediator. During the lecture, the audience showed a special interest in the examples given by the lecturer from practical activities, and at the end of the lecture, the lecturer answered the questions asked.
