In the framework of the implementation of the RoadMap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021, in order to strengthen the practice–orientation of educational process on discipline “Criminalistics”, senior lecturer of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Major S.M. Minaidarov on February 23, 2020 was held practical classes for students of 13th group training course of initial training. Before the start of the lesson, the students got acquainted with the main activities of the operational-forensic service of the PD of Aktobe region. Senior criminologist of the OFD, police Captain B.M. Zeynov explained and demonstrated the principles of search programs: “Integrated data Bank”, “Papilon”, “Image++”, “Pulegilzoteka” and other systems used by practitioners in the disclosure and investigation of offenses.

The main goal was also to teach students the skills and tactical features of conducting an inspection of the scene with the use of forensic equipment.

At the end of class the students thanked the Deputy chief of OFD of PD of Aktobe region, police Colonel O. S. Arykbaeva and OFD senior criminalist, police Captain B. M. Zeynova for the possibility of the operational forensic services PD of Aktobe region in the detection and investigation of offences.

The practical field session achieved its goal. during the course of the session, the students got acquainted with the methods of forensic ballistics, tracology, and handwriting expertise.
