On November 27, 2017, within the framework of the implementation of the Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Educational and Scientific Activities between the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after. M. Bukenbaev and Barnaul Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, an online lecture was conducted with cadets of the Barnaul Law Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation.
Online lecture was conducted on the topic: “The concept of criminal offense under the Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
The lecture was opened by the head of the Criminal Law and Criminology Department of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the colonel of the police Seitenov A.Zh., who after the greeting gave the floor to the deputy head of the criminal law and criminology department, the police colonel Ayapbergenov I.- lecturer, who conducted a lecture.
During the lecture Ayapbergenov I.N. highlighted two questions:
1) the concept and social essence of the crime and criminal offense;
2) the definition of a criminal offense (a crime and a criminal offense) in criminal law.
At the lecture session attended the faculty of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology and the Institute’s management.
During the online lecture by colleagues and cadets of the Barnaul Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, questions were received regarding the topic under consideration, to which responses were given.
