On July 27, 2019, students of special initial training courses of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, together with the operational and rescue squad of the Department of Emergency Situations of the Aktobe region, raided the Aktobe reservoir according to the rules of behavior of citizens in water bodies, including places not suitable for swimming.

During the raid, vacationers (residents and guests of Aktobe) were explained the safety rules during rest, as well as how to provide first aid to drowning people and safety rules during bathing, with the distribution of information brochures, leaflets and posters.
