On March 5, 2019 a charity concert for children was held in Aktobe within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan «On guard of happy childhood», under the auspices of which 2018 was held in Kazakhstan. Participation in the concert was attended by famous Kazakhstani singer Beybit Korgan, laureate of the festival «Asia Dausy» and the competition «Daryn». Children from low-income and large families, children with disabilities, children from the rehabilitation center «Ayala» were invited as spectators to the event, there were also cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev and students of the secondary school №41 named after F. Ongarsynova, namely the future cadets of the cadet class of the Institute.

Also in this charity event was attended by the inspector of the Department of the Educational work, senior police Lieutenant B. S. Yeleusizov with the performance of the song «Kunder otude». The charity concert was a worthy completion of the large-scale action, and also marked the beginning of the «Year of youth», which was announced by the decree of the Head of this year 2019.
