March 29, 2019 in the framework of the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021 years, as well as in accordance with the agreement on cooperation between Aktobe regional state university named after K. Zhubanov and departments of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev were organized practical classes for students of ARSU named after K. Zhubanov. 

The students were clearly demonstrated the functionality of the forensic laboratory and the forensic test site, considered the tactical and technical characteristics of the Makarov pistol and Kalashnikov assault rifle.

The lecturer of the department of criminal process and criminalistics police Major S. M. Minaidarov held a practical class on the topic «Criminalistic doctrine about traces (trace evidence)». The goal of this lesson practical skills for handling, inspection, fixing and withdrawal of traces of motion.

Assistant Professor of ALaAA of IAB, police Colonel L. S. Malaniena held a review lecture on the topic: «Activities of the IAB to ensure public order and security of citizens».

The purpose of the learning of this subject is to ensure that students have acquired in-depth knowledge about the nature and importance of administrative activities of IAB for the protection of public order and safety of citizens.

During the study of this subject, students have acquired skills and abilities in practical organization and implementation of various types of administrative activities, performance of duties for the protection of public order and public safety, protection of subjective rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens of Kazakhstan, the legal status of law enforcement, order and features of interaction with other state bodies and the public.

For the purpose of career guidance among students, the head of the Department of ALaAA of IAB, police Major E. K. Balymov read a report on the formation of law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and showed the film «One day in the life of a cadet».
